RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to feel confident when purchasing a Tulipa piece. If something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
RETURNS
You have the right to request a return within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused and undamaged, with its original packaging and any accessories or documentation supplied with it. Proof of purchase may also be required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return instructions and the address to which the item should be sent. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as returned items remain the customer's responsibility until received by us.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED PIECES
Certain Tulipa pieces may be created or modified specifically according to a customer's individual request or specifications. Where permitted by applicable law, such personalised or made-to-specification items may not be eligible for return under the statutory right of withdrawal.
This exception does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not conform to your order.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your piece is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at tulipajewelrydesigns@gmail.com, preferably including your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different piece, please contact us. Where a return is accepted, you may return the original item and place a new order separately.
EUROPEAN UNION — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If your order is covered by European Union consumer protection rules, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
To exercise this right, please contact us at tulipajewelrydesigns@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, the goods must be returned within the period required by applicable law. The item should be handled only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply, including to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Where required by applicable consumer law, eligible standard delivery costs will also be refunded. Additional delivery costs resulting from a shipping method chosen by the customer that is more expensive than our standard delivery option may not be refundable.
Please allow time for your bank, card issuer or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at tulipajewelrydesigns@gmail.com.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered preparation, production or shipping, particularly in the case of personalised or made-to-specification pieces. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
