Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing a TULIPA piece. If something is not right, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer purchasing online and your order is covered by European Union consumer protection rules, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us within this 14-day period by sending a clear statement to:

Please include your name and order number so that we can identify your order.

After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal.

We will provide you with the return address and practical return instructions.

You may inspect and handle the piece only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would reasonably be able to do in a physical shop. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, the direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and adequately insured shipping service when returning jewellery.

CUSTOM & PERSONALISED PIECES

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to pieces made according to a customer's individual specifications or pieces that are clearly personalised, where the applicable legal requirements for this exception are met.

This exception does not affect your legal rights if a personalised or custom piece is defective, damaged, incorrect or does not conform to the agreed order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your piece arrives damaged, is defective, is incorrect or otherwise does not conform to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and, where helpful, clear photographs of the piece and its packaging.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law. Your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods are separate from, and are not limited by, the 14-day right of withdrawal.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different piece, you may exercise your applicable return or withdrawal rights for the original order and place a new order separately.

REFUNDS

If you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw.

If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction and without additional fees charged by us for the refund.

Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

CANCELLATIONS BEFORE SHIPPING

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If the order can still be cancelled, we will process the cancellation.

For personalised or made-to-specification pieces, cancellation may not be possible once production or modification has begun, where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that consumers have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.

In particular, rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods apply independently of the right of withdrawal described above.
